Alex Atoigue's Jiu-Jitsu journey began years ago, driven by her natural talent and passion for the sport, ultimately leading her to earn her purple belt. With 5 years of experience, she now brings her leadership to the women’s Jiu-Jitsu class, where her knowledge and commitment to growth create a supportive & effective environment. Under her guidance, every student is not only able to master techniques, but is also empowered to excel & take the next step in their journey, building both skill and confidence along the way.
